Base of my work is confidentiality ensuring a bond or reciprocal trust with each of my clients. Informations you send remain absolutely confidential and are used only to focus on your situation.
When will I receive my pdf file after ordering a spell or a reading?
You will receive a message from me to confirm your order is going to be scheduled in my calendar.
I generally cast quickly every night, so after placing an order I can cast within 3 business days after reception of your wish list. Files are delivered in the coming week after session.
I never send messages on week ends so if you place an order on Saturday or on Sunday you will receive a message only on the Monday or Tuesday.
Readings are delivered within 5 business days (max). If readings are temporarily not available in the shop it is due to orders in queue to perform. I want to ensure a work of quality with a personalized answer every time so I want to take my time to prepare every requests.
Payment and Shipping
I ensure a spell work that is explained in the pdf file you receive. I never deliver physical items.
I don´t send pic of the session to protect my witchcraft secrets.
Paypal is only payment method used currently but you can use most of credit card payments with paypal.
Who can place an order in this shop?
I only accept major (+18) people for orders.

I have a special order I would like to submit, is it possible to contact you?
Yes of course, I am at your service for any request you would have to create a custom spell for you.
I decided to cancel my order. Will I get a refund?
Situations can change. Sometimes a spell work is not required anymore after an order is placed.
Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before witchcraft session date or changed to another request or cleansing session if needed. Send me a message to talk about it if it happens.
A spell session requires time, energy and ingredients used are not reusable. When a spell has been cast, no refund demand will be accepted.
Readings that have been delivered will not be refunded.
